Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted without specifying a reason.
  • In case of a return, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded after applicable deductions.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.
  • If an order is canceled by the customer before dispatch, delivery charges are non-refundable but will be adjusted in the customer’s next order.
  • Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are allowed for all valid reasons, including:

    • Size issues
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Product damaged during delivery
    • Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
    • Exchange delivery charges will be covered by the customer, unless the mistake is from Shoekart's side (wrong item or defect).

    To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging

    The exchange process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected.

    Important Notes

    • Used, worn, or damaged products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
    • Shoekart reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request after inspection.
