Refund policy
- Returns are accepted without specifying a reason.
- In case of a return, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded after applicable deductions.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.
- If an order is canceled by the customer before dispatch, delivery charges are non-refundable but will be adjusted in the customer’s next order.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for all valid reasons, including:
- Size issues
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defects
- Product damaged during delivery
- Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange delivery charges will be covered by the customer, unless the mistake is from Shoekart's side (wrong item or defect).
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
The exchange process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected.
Important Notes
- Used, worn, or damaged products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Shoekart reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request after inspection.
